But if you want a reliable and effortless way to help support your dog's gut health and digestive system, while settling their cravings, then JP Holistic Nutrition have the supplement for your dog. Holistic Doggie Fibre is a natural fibre supplement that contains soluble and insoluble fibre probiotics, prebiotics and bentonite clay. The fibre in your dog’s diet is so vital to your dog’s gut health, adequate fibre can also reduce the need for anal glands to be emptied as it increases natural expression, so no more smelly anal glands. The probiotics in Doggie Fibre improve your dog’s gut microbiome which has been proven to stimulate their immune system. The bentonite clay mops up intestinal toxins and water, thus helping with diarrhoea.

Perfect Blend

I came to use JP products because of their natural components and the advice and guidance given to any of the questions that I asked. My GS puppy has previously been poorly with her gut from a young age. Since being on her probiotics she has never looked so healthy and has not had any more problems. Rai is raw fed and on her last visit to the vet they said how amazing she looked and started to discuss the probiotics that they wanted to recommend. I pointed out what Rai takes and they started to tell me that it probably wouldn’t have the compounds in it that she needed so I directed them to the website so they could read what it was. Even the vet agreed that this was a good product for her to be on and it had all the ingredients for a great probiotic. Bravo for caring and getting in right xx

Vet Dr Paul Boland explains why fibre is so important to your dogs diet

Many commercial dogs foods do not contain enough dietary fibre, probiotics, prebiotics or bentonite clay. This can lead to many chronic health problems and obesity. A dog cannot thrive without a good gut microbiome because 85% of the immune system, 90% of seratonin and essential B vitamins are produced by the gut microbiome. We formulated Holistic Doggie Fibre to address these problems.

Commercial dog food does not contain enough probiotics and prebiotics for a healthy gut microbiome

Probiotics are the beneficial bacteria in the gut microbiome.

Prebiotics are fibres such as galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) and Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) that provide nourishment to help maintain probiotic levels.

Ensuring your dog has these beneficial bacteria in the gut is essential for optimal health:

✅ They aid digestion, support the immune system, produce 90% of the body’s serotonin, produce Vitamin K and B Vitamins, crowd out harmful bacteria, and produce healthy short-chain fatty acids.

Only JP Holistic Doggie Fibre contains Bentonite clay with probiotics and prebiotics

Bentonite clay has been used by humans for thousands of years as a remedy for many things.

✅ We added bentonite clay to our Doggie Fibre supplement to help deal with intestinal toxins and water - helping with diarrhoea and poisoning.

✅ Bentonite clay is also a binding agent to firm up faeces for nice, form stools. Easier to pick up!

✅ According to the NCBI, a 1961 study showed that orally administered bentonite treated 97% of diarrhoea cases with multiple causes.

Dog behaviourist Justine Shone explains why not having enough fibre in your dogs diet can lead to behavioural problems

Research has shown how the gut and brain are connected and it is referred to as the gut brain axis. What happens in the gut has been shown to have a positive or negative effect on the brain of dogs and people.Dog behavioural problems like anxiety and aggression can have many causes and an out-of-balanced gut microbiome may be one of them. There have been plenty of studies done on how the food in children affects their behaviour, this includes sugars and refined carbs that create over aroused cranky children. Yet when it comes to dogs the commercially processed food that we feed them plays a role in the gut microbiome, it is one of the most overlooked topics related to behavioural problems in dogs. The gut microbiome has links to areas of the brain that affect mood behaviour, this also could potentially include responses to fear, anxiety, aggression, hyperactivity, obsessive-compulsive disorders, self-mutilation, and separation anxiety. Adding our Holistic Doggie fibre daily to your dog’s food can really help by balancing your dog’s microbiome which has been shown to improve behavioural problems in dogs via the Gut-Brain Axis. We also recommend looking into a good diet for dogs such as a raw food diet

A heathy gut microbiome is the most important thing for a dogs long term health and well-being.

A healthy gut microbiome promotes optimal long term health because it increases the immune system, produces seratonin to help calm an anxious dog through the Gut-Brain Axis, produces vital vitamins and minerals, and the probiotics crowd out harmful bacteria,

RM 1. Testimonial for your Doggie Fibre for the website.
I have given probiotics to my dogs many times, both after any medication but also maintenance, but this product is without doubt The Best product that I have ever used for gut health for my dogs. My new dog, who is a rescue and only 3 years old, was recently back and forth to the vets with a nasty bout of gastroenteritis. Despite medications including antibiotics and probiotics he was still “not right”, very lethargic, poor appetite and his stools not as they should be for a raw fed young dog.  I am so grateful to have found JP Holistic Nutrition and spoken with Dr Paul Boland, who took the time to listen to my concerns and recommended this product for my dog and why the additional ingredients, including bentonite clay would be beneficial for my boy. The positive change in my boy within 2 days was remarkable, he was much more energetic, had healthy stools, his eyes looked clearer, he was happier and was  eating normally again. This product has made a huge difference to the health and overall wellbeing of my dog, and having seen how poorly my dog was and the huge improvement after taking this product, not only will I continue to use it, I have already recommended this to numerous people already. Buy it, your dog will thank you for it, and you will save yourself a whole load of money and heartache.

Holly Tribe Holistic Doggie Fibre supplement for dogs
So my dog has suffered with diarrhoea for a month now so I decided to give this product a try with regards of research saying more fibre would help, also my Westie had her teeth out and I find every time  having operations of any sort and antibiotics are giving their immune system seems to Drop
Causing itching skin and scabs etc ) now the vets won’t admit this but I know there is a connection! Anyway this product I was told acts as probiotics as well. She has only been on for a week but has been a definite increase of stools more solid. Which is great so really happy. I will write another review in time
To say if skin has improved but Iv put on antihistamine to help that problem! All this has come from antibiotics, like
Humans it does destroy the immune system, especially for west highland terriers! I will be looking into the rest of the products they produce. Thank you.
